This week I plan to do the following:
- 3 Jillian Michael workouts; M,W, F
- 2 T-Tapp 1 hour workouts; T, TH
- Wake up at 6am to workout
- Go to bed by 11pm to wake up by 6am.
I know these seem a bit advantageous but I've got to push myself. I can't continue to prolong this weight loss journey. #determined
