Mediocre to Marvelous: This week

I decided I would post my goals for the week to make myself accountable.

This week I plan to do the following:
  • 3 Jillian Michael workouts; M,W, F
  • 2 T-Tapp 1 hour workouts; T, TH
  • Wake up at 6am to workout
  • Go to bed by 11pm to wake up by 6am.

I know these seem a bit advantageous but I've got to push myself. I can't continue to prolong this weight loss journey. #determined
